A Developer by Passion, a Soldier by Profession
I work a full-time job in the British Military. Coding is something I do in my own time because I genuinely enjoy it. What started as a curiosity has grown into a real drive to build practical, well-crafted apps that solve everyday problems.
I'm looking to commit more and more time to development. Every project you see on Magnus North has been designed, built, and released by me alongside the demands of a military career and supporting a family. Time is always the scarcest resource, but I make the most of what I have.
Built for Real Use
I design and release products that I intend to use myself. Every app comes from a personal experience or a genuine need I've had. If I wouldn't rely on it, I wouldn't ship it. That means the tools you find here are built with care, tested through real-world use, and made to be genuinely useful rather than just technically impressive.
Whether it's decoding aviation weather, finding a grid reference, or extracting a colour palette, each tool exists because I needed it first.
Your Feedback Matters
I have a real intention to make useful apps, and that means your experience matters to me. If you find a bug, have a suggestion, or run into any issue at all, please let me know. Feedback and bug reports will always be given priority. I want these tools to work properly for everyone who uses them.

Support the Work
All web apps on Magnus North are free, and I intend to keep it that way. If you'd like to support my work and help me produce more free web apps, please consider buying me a coffee. Every bit of support genuinely helps and is deeply appreciated. In addition, please check out my iOS apps and games and consider downloading. Thank you.
